Our 90-day money-back guarantee
We want you to feel the difference. If you're not happy with Arlumia for any reason, you have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a refund, even if you've used every drop. Empty bottles count.
How to ask for a refund
Email us at contact@arlumia.com with your order number (it starts with #) and the email address you ordered with. You don't need to send the bottles back, and you don't need to give a reason, although we're always grateful to hear what we could do better.
We reply to every message within 2 business days and confirm your refund by email.
What gets refunded
- We refund the full price you paid for the product to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are not refunded, except when the order arrived damaged or wrong.
- Free gifts (the guide, the cotton gloves) don't need to be returned.
- Once approved, refunds are issued within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.
Subscribe & Save orders
Every subscription order, including refills, is covered by the same 90-day guarantee. You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by emailing us. If a refill was charged and you meant to skip it, email us before it ships and we'll cancel and refund it in full.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping, whichever you prefer.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or says delivered but you can't find your package, email us and we'll sort it out with the carrier or send a replacement.
Skin reactions
Please patch test before first use. If you have any reaction, stop using the product and email us. You'll get a full refund. If the reaction is severe or doesn't settle, please see a doctor.
European Union and United Kingdom customers
In addition to our guarantee, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
